What's the difference between Managed and BYOK?
Managed API: we hold the Gemini key and resell minutes at a margin. BYOK: you supply the key, pay Google directly for inference, and Renggo charges only the orchestration. BYOK is roughly half the per-minute cost.
Do unused minutes roll over?
Free-tier credits don't expire. Paid plans bill on actual minutes used; no hard rollover, but plans are designed so the cap rarely binds.
How does Twilio billing work, exactly?
You connect your own Twilio account. Twilio invoices you for inbound and outbound minutes at Twilio's rates. Renggo never sits in the Twilio bill.
What happens when I exceed my plan minutes?
You don't have a minute cap on paid plans — you keep going at the per-minute rate of your tier. Concurrency is what's capped.
